Daphne Huang brings more than 25 years of legal experience in government service to help clients navigate complex legal and regulatory challenges. Daphne combines exceptional legal insight and judgment with a thoughtful and practical approach to advising in and resolving client matters.

 Daphne has provided counsel and representation to a variety of client agencies – including the Idaho Public Utilities Commission and Idaho’s Department of Health and Welfare, appearing in state and administrative courts, as well as on appeal before Washington and Idaho Courts of Appeals, and the Idaho Supreme Court. 

Following her decade of service to the Idaho Attorney General’s Office, Daphne served the civil and criminal departments of the Boise City Attorney’s Office. Daphne began her legal career in Washington State, serving more than a decade with the Washington Attorney General’s Office. She also served as a term law clerk to Chief Judge B. Lynn Winmill of the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho.

Active in the Boise community since 2009, Daphne is a longtime member of the Boise Philharmonic Master Chorale and a regular runner on the Boise’s foothills trails and the greenbelt.
