Areas of Expertise
We structure fees to fit the type of matter and representation. In some cases, particularly in litigation, hourly fees may fit your needs best to take advantage of the ebb-and-flow nature of being in court. For drafting and negotiating policies or contracts, or for conducting internal investigations, flat fees can provide predictability and certainty.
In all cases, we work with you to develop a fee that best fits your business and needs.
We also understand that sometimes an employee simply needs informed guidance before deciding how to move forward. We offer one-hour consultations designed to help you understand your rights and evaluate your options with clarity and confidence — before choosing whether to retain counsel. Consultation fee: $400 per hour.
