Kelli’s operational foundation is grounded in more than a decade of entrepreneurial leadership as the Founder of a travel company that designs immersive cultural experiences in Belize. Through this work, she has led cross-cultural programs for students, professionals, and organizations — fostering global citizenship, meaningful connection, and community impact.
